The Krasnaya Polyana Gaming Zone loyalty program rewards members for their bets with loyalty and traveler points.

Membership in the program is free, but the following rules apply:

1. Membership and Registration:

Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible for membership. To join the program, the guest must present

• their passport (for Russian nationals);

• their passport and immigration card (for foreign nationals).

They must also fill out a registration form listing their contact information and preferred means of contact. Each person may only join the program once. Each member may hold up to three linked cards.

2. Accruing points:

Only the card owner has the right to accrue and use loyalty or traveler points. No one else may accrue points on your card, and you may not use points accrued by another player. Therefore, it is prohibited to give cards to third parties.

3. Expiration Date:

Every point accrued is available for six months. Once the six months are up, every accrued point expires.

4. If the card is lost:

DOMEIN LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or harm or damage caused to the card. Should such an incident occur, we recommend speaking with the registration counter staff immediately or contacting a customer service specialist on 8 800 444 0 777. The loyalty card will be reissued at no charge.

5. Membership Card:

Membership cards are the property of DOMEIN LLC. If a cardholder fails to comply with the loyalty program rules and/or casino standards, the DOMEIN LLC administration may reject the cardholder's application and cancel, wipe, or annul points in the cardholder's account without prior notification.

The membership card serves as the guest’s ID for playing at gaming tables and slot machines and for accruing loyalty and traveler points. Guests should present the card to the dealer or insert it into the slot machine before playing.

The more you play, the higher your loyalty program status, and the faster you accrue points (every ruble spent on gaming is converted into points).

DOMEIN LLC reserves the right to make any necessary manual adjustments in the event of a system glitch or failure, employee or representative error, fraud, or improper use of the gaming equipment by the cardholder, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this program.

6. Introducing Changes to/Canceling the Program:

The DOMEIN LLC Administration reserves the right to change or cancel the program without prior notification to members.

7. Acceptance:

By using the card, you confirm your consent to the rules of the DOMEIN LLC loyalty program.

8. Loyalty Points:

These are non-monetary units used as part of the loyalty program. They are awarded to loyalty club members based on the amount they bet while playing or per bet made. These points can be exchanged for goods and/or services at any Gaming Zone establishment. Loyalty club members earn points while playing and may exchange them for services at restaurants or hotels or to play at tables or on slot machines.

Loyalty points can be exchanged for goods and/or services at Domain LLC gaming establishments. The exchange rate depends on the product and/or service, with a ratio of 3:2 (e.g., 3 loyalty points equal 2 rubles):

• Hotel stays (3:2); *Except for the Bonus apart-hotel (1:1);
• Transfers (3:2); *Except for bookings for Bonus Slots Hall players (1:1);
• Air and rail tickets (3:2); *Except for bookings for Bonus Slots Hall players (1:1).
• These services are offered exclusively to loyalty points holders and may not be transferred to other persons even with the holder’s consent.

With a ratio of 1:1:

• At casino restaurants and bars (1:1);
• For invitations to special events at gaming establishments (1:1);
• Using loyalty points to play on slot machines (1:1);

** Playing with non-cashable chips at tables (points may be exchanged for such chips at c.u. 25 increments; minimal exchange -- c.u. 100) (1:1). ** For players with Gold loyalty cards.

9. Traveler Points:

Traveler points are non-monetary units used as part of the loyalty program. They are awarded to holders of Silver and Gold loyalty club cards based on the amount of bets placed.

They can be exchanged for services at all gaming zone establishments at a ratio of 3:2:

• Hotel stays, except for the Bonus apart-hotel (1:1);
• Transfers, with exception of bookings for Bonus Slots Hall players (1:1);
• Air and rail tickets, except for bookings for Bonus Slots Hall players (1:1).
