1.1. 2.1.8 Clothes that are potentially hazardous to other visitors, such as those with spikes.
2.1.9. Those present at the casino may not wear headgear other than baseball caps for poker club players or religiously mandated head coverings.
2.2. Persons whose appearance or behavior violates generally accepted moral or ethical standards are prohibited from entering or being present in the casino.
2.3. The casino administration may introduce special dress code requirements for casino visitors for a particular event.
Admission to the casino is prohibited for the following:

3.2. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances; or in a state of impaired perception.

4.5. Ambulances, emergency response teams, and firefighters arriving to provide assistance will be admitted to the casino and accompanied by security staff.

5.6. Visitors must play games of chance in full compliance with the gaming rules in effect at the casino.
5.7. Casino visitors may not play or place bets on behalf of another visitor, nor may they join a game if they are not present in the playing area in person.
5.8. Visitors may not misappropriate other players’ chips or transfer or sell chips to another player.
5.9. Casino visitors must comply with these rules and the generally accepted rules of public behavior, morality, and ethics.
5.10. Visitors must behave properly and refrain from violating public order, moral or ethical standards, or using swear words.
5.11. Visitors must not interfere with the peace and rest of other visitors.

5.14. Visitors must comply with instructions given by casino security staff enforcing the casino's visiting procedure.
5.15. Visitors will be checked by metal detectors when entering the casino. If requested by security staff, visitors must open their bags, cases, etc. If a visitor does not comply, casino staff may refuse them entry.
5.16. According to Federal Law No. 115-FZ, "Combating the Legalization of Criminally Derived Proceeds (Money Laundering) and Financing of Terrorism," dated August 7, 2001, if any of the following changes have been made to identification documents:
Visitors must report such changes to Guest Reception on their next visit to the casino so that the information can be updated.
5.17. Casino visitors who find lost items on casino premises must immediately notify the owner of the lost item or another person whom the finder knows to be entitled to the item and return the item to that person. 6.1. Violating the gaming rules in effect at the casino.

6.5. Contacting Casino staff outside of the gaming process, except for those whose professional duties involve communicating with visitors, such as the Casino Administration, Security staff, Managers, Guest Reception and Service staff.
6.6. Conducting monetary transactions to participate in games of chance or obtaining cash in exchange for casino tokens without presenting a passport. If a visitor does not have their passport, the casino is not obligated to provide them with casino tokens or cash, even if they have a casino guest card or other form of identification.
6.7. Impeding the performance of Casino staff duties.
6.8. Smoking in the casino is prohibited by applicable law.
The Casino administration makes decisions on all situations related to visiting and being present at the Casino as per these Rules and the Gaming Rules in effect at the Casino.
7.1. Any type of firearm, air gun, or gas spray gun; any cutting or stabbing weapon, regardless of whether the owner has a permit to carry such weapons; any type of special means of protection (except for law enforcement officers present at the casino and carrying service weapons in their professional capacity); and any other items that casino staff deem might harm casino employees or visitors.
7.2. Any narcotic, poisonous, explosive, radioactive, flammable, toxic, or strongly scented substance; any medication without a prescription; and any medication for which it is not possible to identify the name or purpose.
7.3. Replicas and mock-ups of firearms, gas sprays, and cutting or stabbing weapons.
7.4. Bulky items, such as bulky luggage, suitcases, backpacks, and sports equipment.
7.5. Photo and video equipment; laptops; portable PCs; electronic scanning and reading equipment; and other equipment whose intended purpose is not evident from its appearance.
7.6. Devices that influence the random outcome of a game or enable the outcome to be predicted, including ones used for recording slot machine operations.
7.7. Playing cards, dice, and other gambling paraphernalia for games offered by the casino.
7.8. Strong-smelling substances, such as hairsprays, mace sprays, and deodorants.
7.9. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food.
Persons in possession of any prohibited items under these Rules are not permitted to visit or be present on the Casino premises.
Should the need arise, information about individuals stopped by casino staff for carrying prohibited items onto the casino premises without approval will be provided to law enforcement agencies.
8.1 If casino visitors commit unlawful acts indicative of an administrative or criminal offense, casino staff will provide relevant information to law enforcement authorities to hold such visitors liable. Casino security staff may take actions stipulated by law to stop the offense and detain the perpetrator.
8.2 In the event of damage to or deterioration of casino property, the casino may demand full compensation for the damage from the person(s) at fault in accordance with the civil laws in effect in the Russian Federation.
9.1. If a situation arises on casino premises that require intervention by security staff, they may take enforcement actions within the limits of justifiable defense and exigent circumstances.
9.2. A casino employee may request that any visitor who violates these rules immediately leave the casino premises and adjoining service area. If the visitor refuses to comply, security may take action to remove them from the premises.
9.3. The casino is not liable for any loss or damage to visitors' personal effects left unattended on casino premises.
9.4. Personal items checked into the cloakroom may only be claimed with the presentation of the cloakroom ticket. If the ticket is lost, the items may be reclaimed only in the presence of a casino administrator, and the visitor must present proof of identity and describe the items.
9.5. Personal effects left behind by visitors are registered and stored at the casino as required by applicable laws.
