1.1. These Rules for Visiting Casino Sochi (hereinafter the Rules) located at 51, Estonskaya St., Estosadok, Sochi, Krasnodar Territory (the Casino), Boomerang Casino located at 1, Lavanda Embankment, Estosadok, Sochi, Krasnodar Territory, Bonus Slots Hall located at 1, Gornaya Karusel St., Estosadok, Sochi, Krasnodar Territory establish the procedure for visiting the Casino and are intended to ensure proper public order there, to protect the life, health, dignity, honor and personal effects of Casino visitors, and to protect the interests and property of the Casino against security incidents.

1.2. Visitors to the Casino are players present at the Casino (on premises intended for players) and other persons not prohibited by applicable laws of the Russian Federation and these Rules from entering the Casino.

1.3. Compliance with these Rules is mandatory for all visitors to the Casino premises and adjoining areas.

1.4. The Casino administration is entitled to amend the Rules in order to improve the services offered and the efficiency of the Casino’s operations.

1.5. The Casino administration may close (or limit access to) individual rooms and/or areas of the Casino at its own discretion.

1.6. By entering the Casino playing area, players confirm that they have read these Rules, other documents approved by the Casino administration and posted in a place accessible to visitors, as well as the Fire Safety Rules, and that they agree to observe these in full.

2.1. Admission to and presence at the casino is prohibited for persons wearing the following:

2.1.1 Dirty or torn clothing and footwear that could stain others' garments and footwear.

2.1.2. Sports clothing and footwear (including mountain skiing attire) are prohibited, except for trainers, gym shoes, and tennis shoes. Sports casual attire is permitted.

2.1.3. Work clothes and footwear, or other uniforms are not permitted, except for on-duty employees.

2.1.4. Beach clothes and footwear, including shorts and swimwear.

2.1.5. Military uniforms and fatigues are also prohibited.

2.1.6. Clothes bearing inscriptions or pictures including swear words or insults (even in languages other than Russian).

2.1.7. Clothes bearing pictures or inscriptions intended to incite hatred or enmity, or to humiliate an individual or group of people based on their gender, race, ethnicity, language, origins, religious convictions, or affiliation with a particular social group are also prohibited.

2.1.8 Clothes that are potentially hazardous to other visitors, such as those with spikes.

2.1.9. Those present at the casino may not wear headgear other than baseball caps for poker club players or religiously mandated head coverings.

2.2. Persons whose appearance or behavior violates generally accepted moral or ethical standards are prohibited from entering or being present in the casino.

2.3. The casino administration may introduce special dress code requirements for casino visitors for a particular event.

Admission to the casino is prohibited for the following:

3.1. Persons under the age of 18.

3.2. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances; or in a state of impaired perception.

3.3. Persons with animals, birds, or reptiles; other animals; or animal species apart from guide dogs that accompany persons with disabilities. These dogs must be muzzled, and their owners must have their passports.

3.4. Persons showing symptoms of infectious diseases. Persons showing symptoms of infectious diseases.

3.5. Persons exhibiting obvious signs of mentally deviant behavior that differ from generally accepted human conduct.

3.6. Persons on the casino blacklist.

The casino administration and its representatives may deny anyone admission to the casino without giving a reason.

4.1. Casino visitors have the right to use the catering facilities and attend entertainment events held in conjunction with games of chance.

4.2. Only games included in the Gaming Rules, as determined by the Casino administration, may be played on the Casino premises.

4.3. Visitors have the right to contact casino employees for an explanation of situations relating to disputable gaming issues.

4.4. Law enforcement representatives are admitted to the casino premises as per applicable laws.

4.5. Ambulances, emergency response teams, and firefighters arriving to provide assistance will be admitted to the casino and accompanied by security staff.

Casino visitors must comply with the following provisions:

5.1. Before registering, visitors must read the casino's rules, gaming rules, and rules for betting and paying out winnings. A visitor must comply with instructions given by Casino staff.

5.2. All visitors must carry valid identification. According to the Rules for Visiting the Casino, the following documents are accepted as identification:

• A domestic Russian Federation passport;
• Military identity card (for military conscripts);
• Contract service person's ID stating the military unit number;
• Residence permit (for stateless persons who are permanent residents of the Russian Federation);
• Refugee Identity Card;
• Seafarer ID.

Foreign citizens must present their passport and immigration card.

The casino does not accept driver's licenses or any other forms of identification not listed in these rules.

Exchange of money for casino tokens and exchange of tokens for money is only possible upon presentation of a passport from the Russian Federation or a passport from another country. Visitors have been advised that, pursuant to Federal Law No. 54-FZ, their personal data (full name, taxpayer identification number, and passport details) will be listed on the fiscal receipt and forwarded to the tax authority.

5.3. Visitors consent to having their personal data processed. Specifically, visitors consent to the processing of their personal data through automated or other means, including collection, recording, classification, accumulation, storage, review (update or amendment), retrieval, use, transmission (including dissemination, provision, and access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction by DOMEIN LLC (OGRN: 1152367006000; TIN: 2317079557), located at Office 202, 11 Naberezhnaya Vremena Goda, Estosadok, Sochi, Krasnodar Territory. Visitors guarantee the veracity of the following personal data and consent to its processing: full name, passport and contact details, taxpayer identification number (TIN), and residential address.

5.4. When visiting the casino, visitors must present a valid form of identification proving their citizenship and confirming that they meet the age requirement. The information from the document will be entered on the visitor’s card.

5.5. A visitor's card is not accepted as identification. At the request of a casino staff member, in addition to presenting their visitor's card, a visitor must present a form of identification listed in these rules to prove their identity and age.

5.6. Visitors must play games of chance in full compliance with the gaming rules in effect at the casino.

5.7. Casino visitors may not play or place bets on behalf of another visitor, nor may they join a game if they are not present in the playing area in person.

5.8. Visitors may not misappropriate other players’ chips or transfer or sell chips to another player.

5.9. Casino visitors must comply with these rules and the generally accepted rules of public behavior, morality, and ethics.

5.10. Visitors must behave properly and refrain from violating public order, moral or ethical standards, or using swear words.

5.11. Visitors must not interfere with the peace and rest of other visitors.

5.12. Visitors must maintain order and cleanliness in the casino. 5.13. Upon entering the casino, visitors must read and comply with the fire safety rules.

5.14. Visitors must comply with instructions given by casino security staff enforcing the casino's visiting procedure.

5.15. Visitors will be checked by metal detectors when entering the casino. If requested by security staff, visitors must open their bags, cases, etc. If a visitor does not comply, casino staff may refuse them entry.

5.16. According to Federal Law No. 115-FZ, "Combating the Legalization of Criminally Derived Proceeds (Money Laundering) and Financing of Terrorism," dated August 7, 2001, if any of the following changes have been made to identification documents:

• Full name (unless the law or national customs prescribe otherwise);
• Citizenship;
• Details of the ID document, including type, serial number, date of issuance, issuing authority, and issuing authority code (if applicable);
• Details of their immigration card, including the serial number and the start and end dates of their stay.
• Details of the document confirming a foreign citizen or stateless person’s right to stay or reside in the Russian Federation, including series and number (if applicable), and start and end of the period of stay or residence;
• Address of their permanent registered address and current residence.

Visitors must report such changes to Guest Reception on their next visit to the casino so that the information can be updated.

5.17. Casino visitors who find lost items on casino premises must immediately notify the owner of the lost item or another person whom the finder knows to be entitled to the item and return the item to that person. If the owner of the lost item cannot be identified, the item must be returned to a member of the casino guest reception and service staff.

6.1. Violating the gaming rules in effect at the casino.

6.2. Damaging or otherwise deteriorating Casino property.

6.3. Entering or being present in restricted areas of the casino, except for law enforcement officers and representatives of supervisory and monitoring agencies acting in their professional capacities.

6.4. Taking photos or making video recordings of gaming equipment or other visitors to the casino. Taking selfies in gaming areas with mobile devices that have a photo or video recording option (except for using the information function, such as scanning QR codes).

6.5. Contacting Casino staff outside of the gaming process, except for those whose professional duties involve communicating with visitors, such as the Casino Administration, Security staff, Managers, Guest Reception and Service staff.

6.6. Conducting monetary transactions to participate in games of chance or obtaining cash in exchange for casino tokens without presenting a passport. If a visitor does not have their passport, the casino is not obligated to provide them with casino tokens or cash, even if they have a casino guest card or other form of identification.

6.7. Impeding the performance of Casino staff duties.

6.8. Smoking in the casino is prohibited by applicable law.

The Casino administration makes decisions on all situations related to visiting and being present at the Casino as per these Rules and the Gaming Rules in effect at the Casino.

7.1. Any type of firearm, air gun, or gas spray gun; any cutting or stabbing weapon, regardless of whether the owner has a permit to carry such weapons; any type of special means of protection (except for law enforcement officers present at the casino and carrying service weapons in their professional capacity); and any other items that casino staff deem might harm casino employees or visitors.

7.2. Any narcotic, poisonous, explosive, radioactive, flammable, toxic, or strongly scented substance; any medication without a prescription; and any medication for which it is not possible to identify the name or purpose.

7.3. Replicas and mock-ups of firearms, gas sprays, and cutting or stabbing weapons.

7.4. Bulky items, such as bulky luggage, suitcases, backpacks, and sports equipment.

7.5. Photo and video equipment; laptops; portable PCs; electronic scanning and reading equipment; and other equipment whose intended purpose is not evident from its appearance.

7.6. Devices that influence the random outcome of a game or enable the outcome to be predicted, including ones used for recording slot machine operations.

7.7. Playing cards, dice, and other gambling paraphernalia for games offered by the casino.

7.8. Strong-smelling substances, such as hairsprays, mace sprays, and deodorants.

7.9. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food.

Persons in possession of any prohibited items under these Rules are not permitted to visit or be present on the Casino premises.

Should the need arise, information about individuals stopped by casino staff for carrying prohibited items onto the casino premises without approval will be provided to law enforcement agencies.

8.1 If casino visitors commit unlawful acts indicative of an administrative or criminal offense, casino staff will provide relevant information to law enforcement authorities to hold such visitors liable. Casino security staff may take actions stipulated by law to stop the offense and detain the perpetrator.

8.2 In the event of damage to or deterioration of casino property, the casino may demand full compensation for the damage from the person(s) at fault in accordance with the civil laws in effect in the Russian Federation.

9.1. If a situation arises on casino premises that require intervention by security staff, they may take enforcement actions within the limits of justifiable defense and exigent circumstances.

9.2. A casino employee may request that any visitor who violates these rules immediately leave the casino premises and adjoining service area. If the visitor refuses to comply, security may take action to remove them from the premises.

9.3. The casino is not liable for any loss or damage to visitors' personal effects left unattended on casino premises.

9.4. Personal items checked into the cloakroom may only be claimed with the presentation of the cloakroom ticket. If the ticket is lost, the items may be reclaimed only in the presence of a casino administrator, and the visitor must present proof of identity and describe the items.

9.5. Personal effects left behind by visitors are registered and stored at the casino as required by applicable laws.

9.6. The casino is not liable for the loss of or damage to clothing checked into the cloakroom, nor for money, valuables, or other items left in such clothing.

9.7. The casino administration has the right to maintain a list of individuals denied access to the casino. Those removed from the casino for violating these rules, as well as those on similar stop lists at other gaming facilities, may be added to this list. Those on the stop list are prohibited from entering the casino or the surrounding area.

The organizers of games of chance have the right to refuse to issue casino tokens to players or exchange them for cash.
